Hi There, I have struggled for 30 yrs with same & after much research have turned to cleansing & herbal antibiotic/fungal/viral tx. Since over 85% of immune system is in gut, I would suggest a good cleanse (U.C.C. has everything included) or trying such antibiotic/fungal/virals as Olive Leaf, Pau d'Arco, Goldenseal, &/or oregano oil & also and supplementing with D3 (15-20,000iu), magnesium & malic acid (hi doses), coconut oil, garlic, a good probiotic & fibre. There are many other things I could add but this is an excellent start to get any bacteria and the like killed off to begin with. You can be strengthening at the same time witht he vitamins, etc. I had also tried antibiotics for possible mycoplasma... to no avail. You might see if your Dr. will test you for that. Feel free to email me at libertymj@shaw.ca if you would like to continue sharing. All the best, Mar |

Hi Sharon- the best thing to do for your hoshimoto's/fibrro/cfs and all autoimmune diseases to find the underlying cause of them. It is almost always an infection, bacteria, parasite or toxicity (metal, environmental, mold etc). The doctors will tell you that these diseases are idiomatic but that's not true. You can get a lot of information on Hoshimoto's if you purchase the book by Datis Kharazzian called: Why do I still have symptoms if my thyroid labs are normal? Also try to find a holistic MD who will do testing as to the underlying cause of all your autoimmune issues. Best of Luck, |

Hi Sh. Think with ME/CFS & an auto-immune condt. like H/Motos' u would need to have treatment from a qualified Homeopath. I'd imagine with the fore mentioned conditions you'd be v. sensitive & would therefore need careful prescribing from a Homeopath that understands ME/CFS etc. & how sensitive a person can be whose got these conditions.
