Hi, i believe Omega 3 Fish Oils are good for brain fuocnitn and help with concentration, alertness etc. Omega 3 is not made by the body and most people are deficient. There are children's Omega 3 remedies that are flavoured so to encourage your child to take it regularly. When my daughter was 7 or 8 she appeared to always be daydreaming and not paying attention or answering when spoken to. We thought she had an attention problem but it turned out she was having epileptic seizures known as Absence Epilepsy. This often goes unnoticed by parents and teachers. It took 7 years for her to be diagnosed!!Having said that, i agree with Gary B's answer. A holistic approach is the best one. Always balancing diet, exercise, work, leisure and sleep is a must for the body and mind to fuocnitn at its optimum!Best of luck.
